H-KISS offers a way to get needed services like speech therapy and physical therapy at no cost to your family. It is also a link to other parents and services such as child care, family support, respite, and community services.When to call H-KISS:

• If your child is under the age of 3 and you have concerns about developmental delays such as difficulty walking, talking or learning.  Also, if your child has special health needs such as Downs Syndrome, very low birth weight, or drug exposure during pregnancy.
• If your child is between ages 3-5 and has developmental delays, call H-KISS for information on how to access the Department of Education special education preschool.
