Preschool Open Doors
Provides funding for eligible families to pay for preschool costs. The program does not look at the foster parent’s income or work activity, so the income eligiblity limits do not apply. Eligible children are either 4-years-old or are special needs 3-year-olds who are not eligible for the DOE’s Special Education program. Download the flyer here: Preschool Open Doors
