• Number of children in out-of-home care, including median length of stay, mean number of placements, and number of children exiting out-of-home care
• Percentage and reason for discharge
• Percentage of children with recurrence of maltreatment after return home or maltreatment in foster care
• Re-entry into foster care statistics
