Dealing With Temper Tantrums

Two- and three-year-olds have many skills, but controlling their tempers is not one of them. This document was created by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Children’s Bureau, Child Welfare Information Gateway, Strengthening Families, and FRIENDS National Resource Center for Community-Based Child Abuse Prevention.  Click on link to see tip sheet.
