Changing the Legacy of Suicide

Follow this link to learn about events planned for the 37th annual National Suicide Prevention Week. The week is September 4 – 10, 2011, with the theme “Changing the Legacy of Suicide.” Starting Sunday, September 4, communities in Hawai‘i and across the United States are collaborating to host events to spread awareness of suicide prevention and the resources available to support this important effort.

      Teen Day XVI

      Special guests the Local Maddahs are coming to Teen Day XVI!

      Youth eligible for Teen Day are youth currently in foster care, age 14 through age 18 OR youth who were in foster care and were adopted or went into legal guardianship after their 16th birthday.

      Link to register Youth and Adults coming soon.

      Youth may contact Youth's DHS worker to help secure transportation to and from the event for each youth.
