HCAP/Head Start is currently accepting applications for the 2011-2012 school year for children born in 2007 – 2008. Head Start is a comprehensive preschool program for low income families with children ages 3 through 5 years old. We offer part day and full day early childhood education services throughout O’ahu. Enrollment opportunities are also available for children with special needs.
