The Horizons House is an up to 24+ month residential program that helps young adults achieve the necessary skills and resources to become independent. The Horizons House takes up to six young adults ages 18-25. Progress is determined collectively by the young adult’s achievement of goals in the areas of independent living, education, and employment. Collaboration occurs through weekly home meetings, quarterly reviews, and regular daily contact.
